FIELD: mining machinery and equipment. SUBSTANCE: operating member is intended primarily for cutter-loader mining machines. Operating member has cylindrical body fastened on drive hollow shaft, loading blade rigidly secured on body, cutter holders installed in slots of blade end-face surface, and cutters with cutting edges protruding beyond blade end-face. Located inside body is eccentric hub. External surface of hub which is eccentrically located with respect to body is adapted for transmitting torque from drive shaft directly to body. Hub is secured to body by means of thrust washer and circular slot made in internal surface of body and also by means of supporting member, two half-rings and fixing ring with spring washer. Application of aforesaid embodiment of operating member of cutter-loader mining machine of welded construction ensures normal working conditions for miners, increases productive capacity of machine in highly loaded stoping faces, and also ensures output of large and medium size coal with resulting reduction of dust fractions.
