FIELD: electromechanical automation equipment. SUBSTANCE: device may be used for locking mechanisms, clamping in transmission gears, for designing valve mechanisms of gas or hydraulic distribution systems, possibility to control such mechanisms using low-power electric signals. Claims of invention disclose design of devices which use low-power electrostatic interaction between their members for power locking of mechanical assemblies. Device may be used for designing electronic locks, electric clutches and other types of transmission gears, valve mechanisms with electronic control, other locking devices with low power consumption. In addition, device may be used for designing robot equipment, electromechanical control assemblies in systems, where electric power sources are limited or absent, in particular, in systems, which power supply is from solar batteries. Extremely low power consumption provides possibility to design completely autonomous electronic systems without electric power supply sources, which use internal or external mechanical power, which is partly converted into electric power, for supplying its control electronic devices.
