FIELD: agriculture, milk and food-processing industry. SUBSTANCE: cooler has milk reservoir, hermetically sealed coolant vessel positioned above milk reservoir and connected to vacuumizer and to natural cold source. Annular chamber in upper part of vessel, on its outer surface, is connected to milk feeding pipeline. Openings in lower part of annular chamber which is in direct contact with vessel surface are arranged in equally spaced relation and adapted for feeding milk over vessel outer surface. Cooler has pipelines and regulating valves. EFFECT: increased specific cooling capacity, reduced consumption of power and improved ecological safety. 4 cl, 1 dwg
