FIELD: agricultural production. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has air and ground coolant refrigerators. Milk is supplied from feeding tank through pipeline into accumulating reservoir. Milk pipeline has thermal contact along the whole length thereof with working portions of two coolant pipes. One of coolant pipes is connected to air coolant refrigerator and other coolant pipe is connected to ground coolant refrigerator. Ends of ground coolant refrigerator are located in single outer cavity of underground vessel. Middle cavity of said vessel is filled with material of high thermal capacity. Looped part of pipeline is positioned in third cavity and is connected to air coolant refrigerator. Apparatus allows milk properties to be retained and may be used in farms and cattle camps. EFFECT: increased efficiency and reduced power consumption due to complete use of natural cold. 2 cl, 2 dwg
