FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying pneumoperitoneum. Laparoscopic cannula is introduced through abdominal wall. Four cannulas are additionally introduced through the abdominal wall. Two cannulas are set diametrically in iliac regions and two are set in subcostal regions in the like manner. The cannulas are fixed with ligatures. The ligatures are brought through a supporting heel, through the bulk of the anterior abdominal wall and flange of the clamping cylinder and taken out outside. The anterior abdominal wall is lifted by means of ligatures. Observation laparoscopy is carried out with following laparoscopic correction of the abdominal cavity state.
