FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves puncturing lymphocele cavity from the anterolateral abdominal wall side. Dye is introduced. The lymphocele cavity and peritoneal cavity are set in communication through puncture control by means of trocar catheter possessing shape memory properties mounted under laparoscopic control in the lymphocele cavity. The distal end of the catheter is fixed in the lymphocele cavity. The proximal one is transected at a distance of 3-4 cm from the cavity and removed. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; reduced volume of surgical intervention.
