SUBSTANCE: clinically healthy calves, 20-30 days of age are immunised three times with an interval of 10-12 days by subcutaneous injection of the hyperimmune serum of donor animals, comprising antihaemagglutinins to parainfluenza virus-3 (in the titre not less than 1:1280), to infectious rhinotracheitis virus (in the titre of 1:256), to viral diarrhoea virus - mucosal disease (in the titre of 1:1024), to respiratory syncytial virus (titre 1:128), to rotavirus and coronavirus (in the titre of 1:128) at a dose of 1 ml/kg body weight, and 15 days after the last injection they are immunised by injections of inactivated combined vaccine "Combovak" against infectious rhinotracheitis, parainfluenza-3, viral diarrhoea-mucosal disease, respiratory syncytial, rota- and coronaviral diseases, and prior to passive (using hyperimmune serum) and prior to active (using the vaccine "Combovak") immunisations the complex herbal medicinal products is used once daily for 15 days per os, representing alcoholic tincture of chopped vegetable plant mixture of equal amounts of grass and inflorescences of Echinacea purpurea, foalfoot, thymus serpyllum and common licorice root as 7% aqueous solution at a dose of 2.0 ml/kg body weight of the animal.
