FIELD: plasma-arc working of materials, namely, apparatuses for plasma-arc cutting. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has housing in which cathode and nozzle are arranged. Inner surface of nozzle is in the form of narrowing cone passing to cylinder isolated relative to it. At outlet of nozzle cylinder passes to enlarging cone having radial ducts for supplying cooling agent in cylindrical portion of nozzle assembled of metallic ring pack. Surface of inner wall of housing has relief in the form of craters providing rapid feed of plasma generating gas. EFFECT: increased operation life and high reliability of plasmotron due to improved heat removal of housing wall, stable feed of plasma generating gas. 1 dwg
