FIELD: plasma-arc machining of materials. SUBSTANCE: invention refers in particular to facilities for plasma-arc cutting. In body with working chamber there are mounted electrode, nozzle and unit heating plasma-forming gas. Spark killer and gas cleaner are built in gas intake. Unit heating plasma-forming gas comes in the form of gas-removing conduits located in body and communicating working chamber with gas intake. Such design of plasma generator enables productivity of cutting to be raised thanks to supply of heated plasma-forming gas. EFFECT: raised productivity of plasma cutting. 1 dwg
