FIELD: oil, gas industries, civil engineering. SUBSTANCE: mixing installation has reservoir positioned on vehicle chassis. Reservoir accommodates agitators consisting of horizontally- positioned hollow shafts with hollow transverse crosspieces carrying band-type helical blades secured to ends of the latter. Installation also includes gauze filter, measuring rule, sampler, servicing areas, and pipelines with special appliances. Reservoir is provided with bottom shaped as agitators, pan positioned under it with well located at rear end wall of reservoir and fitted with gates and branch pipes for hoses designed for coupling with pump units. Provision is also made for end plug installed in front of well and forming sealed space between bottom, front end wall and pan. Well is fitted with heat-carrier inlet and outlet branch pipes positioned on opposite sides of it. Ends of agitator shafts are mounted in supporting end bearings secured on end walls of reservoir and coupled by special drive shafts actuated by vehicle engine through power-takeoff box and chain gears. Mixing installation is provided with hydraulic mixers of hydropressure or hydropneumatic type. Their drain branch pipes are directed to filters made as gauze tanks positioned above reservoir. Staggered flexible cover-plates are secured on external edges of reciprocal band-type helical blades made solid, with turns directed towards well. Cover-plates are secured so that they come in contact with bottom surface and overlap it along entire length during rotation of agitators. Crosspieces are fitted with solid band-type helical blades positioned along entire length of reservoir. They are installed the external blades and shafts. Turns of blades are directed oppositely to direction of turns of external blades of equal areas. Hollows of crosspieces and shafts are sealed. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 1 dwg
