MIXING INSTALLATION FOR PREPARATION OF SOLUTIONS Russian patent published in 2000 - IPC

FIELD: oil and gas industries. SUBSTANCE: mixing installation has vehicle which carries bunker with vibrator, blade type agitator with hydraulic motor, jet hydraulic mixer with discharge channel communicating with upper part of agitator, manifold, pump and its inlet hydraulic part communicates with lower part of agitator, and oil pump coupled by means of gearbox, power-takeoff box and cardan shaft with traction motor of vehicle. Mixing installation is provided with reservoir with liquid-volume gauge. Receiving-and-distributing device shaped as T-piece is positioned in upper part of bunker. One branch pipe of T-piece is coupled to jet hydraulic mixer. The second branch pipe of T-piece is directed downwards and fitted with cut-off member and vacuum hose. Combined end of vacuum hose is arranged in lower part of bunker. The third branch pipe of T-piece is provided with steep bent fitting. End of fitting is directed upwards and provided with dust filter and locking releasing device. Bunker has elliptic cover with tightly closed opening and branch pipe with vacuum hose for loading of powder into bunker positioned in upper part of bunker. The latter has tightly closed gate at unloading hole. Apron dividing upper part of bunker unto two parts is secured to internal side of elliptic cover. Dust filter and locking releasing device are positioned in one part of bunker, and other part of bunker contains branch pipes. Upper part of agitator includes netted tank mounted under discharge channel of hydraulic mixer. Delivery part of pump is coupled to hydraulic mixer. Inlet hydraulic part of pump is coupled to liquid reservoir by pipelines with cut-off members. EFFECT: enlarged functional capabilities. 1 dwg
