DEVICE FOR ITEM-BY-ITEM PUTTING OUT ARTICLES FROM PACK Russian patent published in 2000 - IPC

FIELD: railway transport; mechanization of track skeleton assembling operations at railway track machine stations; item-by-item delivery of rubber plates. SUBSTANCE: proposed device has frame, magazine for pack, pusher and pack travel limiter. Magazine is made in form of container installed on frame for free vertical displacement relative to frame and is additionally furnished with rolling pan arranged, together with pack, on container floor. Articles are placed on pan in piled pack and pack pusher is made in form of chain counterweight whose mass exceeds somewhat the sum of masses of pan, pack and container. Counterweight is coupled with container by means of traction chain through system of sprockets installed on upper part of frame. Mechanism for forced separation of articles from pack is installed additionally. Mechanism has horizontal platform rigidly secured in medium in height part of frame, and conveyor installed on lower surface of platform above pack, on belt of which clamps are secured at preset pitch square to axis of conveyor. Receiving shelf is rigidly secured on frame. Working surface of shelf is set in horizontal plane at level of displacement of working edges of clamps of conveyor lower run. End face of receiving shelf, directed towards pack, thrust against pack under upper article, and travel limiter is made in form of two rollers installed on lower surface of platform at side of belt conveyor.
