FIELD: railway transport; mechanization and automation of track section assembling. SUBSTANCE: proposed device has system of tandem-mounted conveyors, speed of each following conveyor exceeding that of foregoing one, and shaft-hopper with pallet installed for movement. Two conveyors in system are installed with break in between. Shafts hopper is made rectangular in cross section. Movable pallet is made in form of single-bevel wedge with vibrator arranged under beveled surface of pallet. Device is furnished additionally with two foreign inclusions removing mechanisms. One of these mechanisms is installed in parallel with system over conveyor located before break and consists of two carriers mounted one over the other. Lower carrier is provided with permanent magnets secured on belt. Upper carrier is located square to lower one. Carrier belt has stiff nap. Second mechanism is installed parallel to axis of conveyor system over break and consists of carrier whose belt is furnished with permanent magnets arranged in rows and orientated along belt and fork tripper of baseplates made in form of wedge rack whose base is rigidly secured on carrier frame, and working part of rack in form of curved wedges is driven under driving drum of carrier. Rack wedges arranged between rows of magnets on carrier belt do not project over working surfaces of magnets. EFFECT: dispensing with manual labor. 5 dwg
