SUBSTANCE: glass block for windows includes at least two sheets of window glass, gaskets placed between sheets and made of material having melting temperature above that of sealant of glass block and sealing joint. At least one base of each gasket has layer of material whose melting temperature is below that of sealant of glass block. Gaskets between sheets of window glass are positioned uniformly at distance of 2.0-7.0 cm one from another. EFFECT: increased mechanical strength of glass block. 2 cl, 2 dwg
