FIELD: instrumentation. SUBSTANCE: process is based on usage of characteristic physical-chemical peculiarity of collection of microimpurities determining composition of product-capability to absorb and re-emit optical radiation ( luminescence ). Arrays of spectral-luminescent characteristics of identified and reference articles presented in the form of multidimensional luminescent profiles are compared in correspondence with invention. Process of identification of authenticity of alcohol-carrying liquids by comparison of their multidimensional luminescent profiles makes it feasible to trace smallest changes in their composition and displays high specific characteristics.
