FIELD: chemistry. SUBSTANCE: proposed device has identical channels for simultaneous measurement of transmission coefficient and luminescence intensity of sample so coupled by switching element that period of channel switching during measurement of incident radiation on fixed length of wave is less than period of fluctuations of parameters of radiation source and photodetectors. Permanent reference sample displaying invariable spectral-luminescent properties is placed in one of channels of simultaneous measurement of transmission coefficient and luminescence intensity of standard sample. Matrixes of excitation-emission-transmission (EET)of identified and standard samples are compared in turn with matrix of excitation-emission-transmission of permanent reference sample thanks to which total identity of multidimensional spectra of samples generated by different devices is achieved.
