SUBSTANCE: for preparation of building-up syrup in the form of sugar syrup, invertase is additionally introduced in it in the amount of 0.05-4.0% from total mass of syrup. Application of sugar building-up syrup and rolling composition based on sugar powder with additives are conducted alternately by means of pouring and powdering on surface of dragee center.
