FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the confectionary industry and may be used for manufacture of a product with an increased biological value and high taste properties. The confectionary dragee contains a body, an engrossing represented by sugar sand, sugar powder, molasses and cocoa powder and glaze represented by vegetable oil, bee wax, paraffin and talc. Additionally, the dragee contains a thick propolis extract. The dragee body is represented by the fried peanut kernel at the following initial ingredients ratio, wt %: fried peanut kernel - 30; sugar sand - 6.77; sugar powder - 53.8; molasses - 6.63; cocoa powder - 1.27; thick propolis extract - 0.286-0.301; vegetable oil - 0.018; bee wax - 0.005; paraffin - 0.005; talc - 0.1; water - balance. The dragee body is represented by raisins and additionally contains citric acid at the following initial ingredients ratio, wt %: raisins - 29.8; sugar sand - 6.66; sugar powder - 52.7; molasses - 6.6; cocoa powder - 1.44; thick propolis extract - 0.286-0.301; citric acid - 0.4; vegetable oil - 0.018; bee wax - 0.005; paraffin - 0.005; talc - 0.1; water - balance.
EFFECT: invention ensures the production of dragee with an increased biological value combined with the preservation of medical-and-preventive value of the biologically active component.
