FIELD: food production industry. SUBSTANCE: according to method, initially prepared is grain with size of particles ensuring their content in one gram of 20-30 pieces. After that, grain is multiply wetted with coating syrup which prior to that is boiled away to moisture content of 16-18%, cooled down to temperature not over 40 C and diluted with acidified milk ferment containing various kinds of normal microflora of intestines. Proportion of syrup and ferment is within 1:3 -1:3.2. Used as powder-like additives are isolate of soya albumen, powder of laminaria, and citric acid in proportion to filler within 25:2:1:580 - 30:2:1:575. According to method, used as coating material is sugar-molasses syrup. In this case used as filler in mixture of dry powder-like materials is castor sugar. Also possible is to use xylite syrup as coating material, and with that used as filler in mixture of dry powder-like materials is xylite powder. In function of additional powder-like additives usable are fruit or vegetable pectin-containing powders which substitute 10 to 50% of filler. Aforesaid method allows for turning out product which is recommended to patients suffering from disbacteriosis, alimentary canal diseases, allergic conditions. Dragee produced according to aforesaid method contributes to higher immunity, substantially improves state of being of sick people and adds to efficiency of able-bodied people.
