FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has rigid detachable structure composed of cylindrical tubus with locking member and core with handle. The core has guiding cone with spherical end piece. The spherical end piece is usable for overcoming ileocecal valve folds. The tubus is a guiding member for making small intestine intubation using drainage tube of the corresponding diameter. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of manipulations on open intestine performable outside the abdominal cavity; low risk of traumatic complications; avoided appendectomy. 3 dwg
