SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with developing a valvular mechanism in ileocecal area. One should apply uninterrupted or interrupted serous-muscular sutures between cecal cupola and ileal terminal department at developing a cuff in three fourth of ileal circumference during laparoscopy. The innovation enables to decrease traumatism of operational interference at developing valvular mechanism in ileocecal area.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy.
