SUBSTANCE: mobilise ascending department of a colon after median laparotomy and performance of the basic stage of operation. Stitch ascending department of a colon in a cross-section direction with two rows of continuous sutures. Sheathe the line of the two-row suture with serous-muscular seams. Deduce a caecum with a scolecoid process through an additional cut at lateral edge of the right abdominal rectus muscle. Cut the cecal appendage at its basis. Dilate the formed intestinal lumen to 1 cm in diameter. Enter the punched probe of the same diameter into a caecum lumen. Frame tightness on a circle of a probe with the help of a purse-string suture. Then fix a caecum to a parietal peritoneum using serous-muscular seams.
EFFECT: allows reducing recover terms, to raise quality and efficiency of an operative measure at congenital megacolon.
