SUBSTANCE: method involves applying complex periodontitis treatment including dental splinting, Claphorane administration in endolymphatic or lymphotropic way, using Collapane as plastic transplant. Surgical treatment of periodontal cavities is carried out by means of flap operation. The flap is split for removing injured and granulation tissue. Tooth roots and bone defects are treated with ultrasound. Permanent and/or semipermanent structures are used for performing dental splinting. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment. 6 cl
