FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to surgical dentistry, and can be used in treating severe periodontitis with complete loss of support-retaining parodontium tissues with preservation of teeth. Two horizontal incision are made from vestibular and oral sides along whole length of operated area and two vertical incisions are made along edges of surgical area, vestibular flap is formed in form of mucous-periosteal-mucosal flap, and oral flap is made in form of mucoperiosteal flap. Mucous-periosteal-mucosal flap is cut out at scalloped gingival edge above each tooth. Dental deposits, granulations and epithelial rods are removed. Edge of alveolar process is processed, osteoplastic material and membrane are applied. Mucous-periosteal-mucous flap is positioned at oral side and fixed by closure on oral side with mucous osteoperiosteal flap.

EFFECT: method enables reducing recession gums and tooth necks baring, reducing postoperative hypersthesia of naked dental cement and improving aesthetic appearance of patient.
