FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves closing Zinn's ligament fiber defect using anterior capsule flap that is cut-out with its base facing the fiber rupture zone. The flap is placed under the iris and fixed in eye structures. Capsule sack content is removed and subtotal vitrectomy is carried out with vitreous cavity tamponade made by using material for making internal fillings. Anterior capsule flap is fixed in ciliary sulcus zone by applying U- shaped transscleral suture to suture a flap 2-3 mm remote from the base. The suture is put in before the capsule sack content is removed. Suture ends are tightened and tied after performing removal intervention. Anterior capsule flap is fixed by applying several U-shaped transscleral sutures. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment.
