FIELD: mechanical engineering, applicable in engineering of two-cylinder or four-cylinder hydraulic high-speed presses with slide-valve distributors. SUBSTANCE: the synchronization system, having a throttling distributor, stepping motor, control unit, displacement pulse transducers, additionally uses a stepping motor with a control unit from the respective displacement transducer. The stepping motor shaft is coupled to the slide valve of the throttling distributor by means of a splined movable joint, and the shaft of the first stepping motor is coupled to the slide valve by means of a screw gearing. The synchronization system may be used in blanking presses for non-metallic materials. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy and reliability of synchronization, enhanced quality of blanked out products, durability of tool and blanking plates. 1 dwg
