FIELD: aeronautical engineering; manufacture of flying vehicles with planing wings. SUBSTANCE: amphibious aeroplane has hull, tail unit and planing low-set swept-back wing with high-lift devices made in form of panels and flaps whose span does not exceed span of horizontal tail. Flaps or panels are mounted on section of wing washed with water in movable and swivel position at inclination through working angle. Panels may be pressed to wing and flaps may be brought to position of initial profile of wing under action of water jets. They may restore their initial position when water jets are absent. EFFECT: avoidance of unfavorable pitching moments; improved takeoff and landing characteristics. 6 dwg
