FIELD: production of ozone in electric discharge, electrophysical methods of treatment of gases in various branches of industry and in medicine. SUBSTANCE: electric discharge chamber for production of ozone has electrodes coming in the form of flat discs with several holes in central part for passage of oxygen and dielectric barrier placed with gap between electrodes. Limiters which dimension determines value of gap are mounted in gaps to ensure constancy of optimum value of gaps between electrodes and dielectric barrier. Electrodes are pressed to surface of dielectric barrier by spring. Corona-forming elements in the form of additional electrodes pressed by springs against surface of dielectric barrier are installed in center of electrodes.
