SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of mixture of polyfunctional isocyanates and its using as an isocyanate component and a cross-linking agent simultaneously in preparing both rigid and elastic polyurethane foams. Invention claims a method for preparing polyisocyanate cross-linking composition for preparing polyurethane foams that contains polyisocyanate and 2,4,6-triisocyanatetoluene. Method involves addition to phosgene solution the solution of melted mixture of polyamine with 2,4,6-triaminotoluene in chlorobenzene in the mass ratio = (85-98):(2-15), respectively, at 0-10 C followed by phosgenation in elevation of temperature to 130 C up to disappearance of amine chlorohydrate suspension formed in reaction. Invention provides preparing mixed isocyanate component instantaneously that corresponds to existing norms and standards being without cost rise in manufacturing.
