FIELD: industrial organic synthesis. SUBSTANCE: polyisocyanate is prepared by phosgenation of mixture of polyphenylenepolymethylenepolyamines in solution, removal of phosgene, hydrogen chloride, and solvent from mixture of polyphenylenepolymethylenepolyisocyanates obtained, which is then blown through with air at 150-180 C and atmosphere pressure for 2-6 h. Resultant product is used to produce urethane materials included in isocyanate composition containing, along with polyisocyanate, either bitumen in amount 5-11 wt.pts per 100 weight parts of polyisocyanate or solid waste formed in processing and storage of polyphenylenepolymethylenepolyisocyanate mixture in amount 2.5-31 wt.pts per 100 weight parts of polyisocyanate, or both of them in amounts 2-8 and 2.5-31 wt.pts, respectively.
