SUBSTANCE: plant includes reactor with devices for supply of hardening agent, heat exchanger for carbon and gas products escaping from reactor and device for increasing their pressure connected with hardening agent supply device; plant is provided passage with having heat exchanger for removal of part of carbon and gas products from outlet of reactor hardening zone; this passage is connected with pressure increasing device; hardening agent supply device is made in form of hollow domes located in section of hardening zone and provided with holes on their lateral surfaces.
