FIELD: cracking of crude oil, gas condensate, etc, purification of water from organic compounds. SUBSTANCE: proposed process consists in treatment of feedstock by acoustic excitation by way of formation of at least two opposite action fronts, for instance, volumetric-spherical, on two frequencies as minimum with phase shift within frequency range 1-104 kHz with oscillation intensity of 1-10104 MW/sq.m in treatment zone. Plant for implementation of process is given in description of invention. EFFECT: increased efficiency f process of cracking of organic compounds and quality of finished product, possibility to control and regulate process, simplified production technology and design of plant with simultaneous rise of its operational reliability, reduced energy consumption. 16 cl, 2 dwg, 2 tbl
