FIELD: waste disposal. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to microbial treatment of sewage and trade waste effluents from pharmaceutical-chemical plants for integrated reuse of biogenic components to produce protein-vitamin additive and commercial hydrogen. Apparatus comprises fermenter, prefermenter, centrifugal microfilter, and dynamic disintegrator. When reusing said biogenic components, the latter are finely dispersed using collisions within annular canal between rotor and casing. Pulsation of velocity and static heads leads to the loss of head energy and associated heating of effluents for further temperature stabilization. Finely dispersed effluents undergo further treatment in prefermenter filled with abrasive granular immobilization charge under autoselection and succession conditions with partial mechanical disintegration of aerobe cell shells giving biogenic nutrition components for cyanobacteria in fermenter filled with hollow glass beads. Bubbling is effected by means of enforced feeding of hydrogen from electrolysis plant cathode section. Cyanobacteria in fermenter under photosynthesis conditions accumulate heavy and superheavy water. Hydrogen produced by cyanobacteria and on electrolysis plant escapes from the top section of fermenter and is collected in collector. Biomass is freed from water in centrifugal microfilter and disintegrated by hydrodynamic effect upon cell shells within the sites of water vapor interstice collapse-mode condensation. Simultaneously, heavy and superheavy water molecule associates undergo static disintegration. EFFECT: increased fermenter operation efficiency. 1 dwg
