FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has agricultural waste source, waste collector communicated to waste source, and methane tank including acid fermentation chamber, neutral fermentation chamber, alkali fermentation chamber and methane fermentation chamber. Methane fermentation chamber is communicated with fermenter which is divided into sections by perforated transverse walls. Sections are communicated one with the other via overflow pipes. Upper section of fermenter is communicated with methane fermentation chamber of methane tank and to gas holder, and lower section is communicated with upper section and centrifugal microfilter through delivery unit. Gas holder is connected to gas turbine of drive of electric generator for power generation. Acid fermentation chamber of methane tank is communicated to alcohol fermentation chamber and through centrifugal microfilter to rectifying column. Upper part of rectifying column is connected to fractionating column and to alcohol collector. Methane fermentation chamber of methane tank is connected to belt-type press filter and to biological fertilizer drier. Apparatus provides complete processing of agricultural wastes to produce alcohols, heavy water, biological fertilizers, compost, protein-vitamin additives and methane which may be used at power stations for power generation.
