FIELD: shaped-charge engineering, process of production of shaped-charge facings by the method of powder metallurgy, applicable in perforation at well shooting- blasting operations in oil exploration. SUBSTANCE: shaped charge has a bimetallic facing, whose inner layer is made of powder tungsten-copper pseudoalloy obtained the method of mechanical alloying, and the outer layer - of copper or iron powder with addition of graphite or low-melting metal at the following relation of components, weight percent: low-melting metal - 8 to 12%, graphite - 1 to 1.5%, copper or iron - the rest. Bismuth or lead may be used as low-melting metals. The bimetallic facing is manufactured by moulding in a rotary mould, first the outer layer is moulded, and then the inner layer is press-fitted on it. The speed of mould rotation makes up 100 to 300 rpm. EFFECT: enhanced piercing capacity of shaped charges by 20 to 30% as compared with copper and absence of pestles clogging the perforation ducts. 6 cl, 2 dwg, 1 ex
