FIELD: technological process.

SUBSTANCE: method consists in batch preparation by mixing industrial powders, pressing, preliminary sintering and impregnation with copper melt. Encasement is produced from composite pseudoalloy Mo-Cu. Batch is prepared by mixing industrial powders Mo-Ni and pressing with force of not more than 150 MPa. After that step-by-step sintering is carried out in hydrogen medium. Initial heating is carried out to the temperature of reducing cure of at least 800°C and is cured at this temperature for at least one hour. Heating is continued to the final sintering temperature with the rate of not more 10°C per minute, and mixture is cured at this temperature for at least 0.5 hour. Then it is impregnated with copper melt at the temperature of at least 1250°C. The encasement for cumulative charge out of composite material Mo-Cu with average density of 9.85 gr/cm3, average inhomogencity of Δ=0.18 gr/cm3 and relative inhomogencity of λ=1.83%.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to produce encasements for cumulative charge out of composite material Mo-Cu.
