FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of cumulative charges, in particular to technology of producing cumulative linings by powder metallurgy, which can be used in perforation equipment during blasting operations in oil exploration. Composition of the mixture for making the outer lining of shaped charges includes copper powder 80% of the total weight of the mixture, lead powder 19% of the total weight of the mixture and graphite 1.0% of the total weight of the mixture. As copper powder there used is copper electrolytic powder with bulk density from 2.0 to 2.7 g/cm3, with granulometric composition: ≥ 140 mcm—< 160 mcm—5% max; ≥ 45 mcm—< 160 mcm—from 55% to 75%; < 45 mcm from 25% to 45%; lead powder with particle size ≤ 71 mcm and bulk density from 5.1 to 5.4 g/cm3; graphite after calcination for 1 hour at temperature from 200 °C to 300 °C.
EFFECT: increased penetration capacity of cumulative charges owing to use of the obtained copper-lead mixture.
