FIELD: oil and gas industry, particularly shaped-charge perforators.
SUBSTANCE: shaped charge comprises body with profiled explosion charge arranged in the body. The explosion charge comprises charge hollow covered with facing structure. Facing structure is made of powder cuprum-wolfram composition, which additionally contains titanium, boron, nickel and aluminum powders. Method involves mixing said powders in ball mill for 2-3 hours, pressing facing structure and sintering thereof. First of all obtained preform is compressed with 1-2 tons/cm2 force. Then mold with preform is heated up to 650-700°C up to oxidation-reduction exothermal reaction initiation. After oxidation-reduction reaction initiation facing structure is finally shaped with 3-5 tons/cm2 force applied thereto with following 3-5 min time-delay. Then facing is cooled.
EFFECT: simplified technology of facing production technology and increased penetrating efficiency.
