FIELD: measurement technology, nondestructive inspection of quality of objects. SUBSTANCE: one infrared imaging system as minimum is installed with view of tested object or of part of it, infrared imaging system is calibrated by reference value of temperature, distribution of temperature of radiating surface of tested object is registered contact-free with subsequent analysis with due account of parameters characterizing outside factors and tested object. Result of analysis is used to evaluate quality of object. Radiation parameter П is additionally measured directly on radiating surface of tested object in one or more points. In the capacity of additional parameter M characterizing outside factors and tested object used in analysis there is employed parameter found from relation M=П/TT, where П is radiation parameter of radiating surface of tested object, degrees; TT is temperature measured by infrared imaging system, degrees.
