FIELD: measuring technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measuring technology. According to the method, the emissivity of the monitored surface of the object is determined, for which purpose, using a non-contact thermograph, the temperature of the surface of the object T (εc) is measured, where εc is coefficient of the emissivity of the surface of the object, an exemplary material is applied to the surface of the object, the surface temperature of the exemplary material is measured using a non-contact thermograph Т0(ε0), where ε0 is the coefficient of the emissivity of the surface of the reference material, determine the emissivity of the surface of the object εc by solving the equation: Т(εc)=Т0(ε0). Thermal control is carried out using the measured surface coefficient of the object. Before starting the thermal control, a calibration sample with a temperature Ts is selected, a reference material with an emissivity (ε0) is applied to the surface of the calibration sample with a temperature of Ts, the temperature of the reference material Т(ε0) on the surface of the calibration sample is measured using a non-contact thermograph, the value of the coefficient is determined radiation of the reference material (ε0) deposited on the surface of the calibration sample, solving the equation Тs=T(ε0), a reference material is applied to the surface of the object, in the field of view of contactless thermographic equipment, the surface of the object with the applied reference material with emissivity (ε0), is placed, the surface temperature of the object with the applied reference material is measured - T(ε0), the temperature Т(εc) is measured the surface of an object outside of the reference material applied to it. Considering the value of the emissivity of the reference material (ε0) applied to the object, the value of the emissivity of the surface (εc) of the object is determined by solving the equation Т(εc)=T(ε0). Determine the temperature using a certain value of the emissivity of the surface (εc) of the object and carry out the thermal control of the object.
EFFECT: invention increases reliability of monitoring the state of the inspected object by accurately determining the emissivity of its surface.
