SUBSTANCE: working tool has rotating housing 1 and V-shaped flexible combs 2 circumferentially fixed on housing surface. Each comb 2 has curved portion positioned between equilateral angle stop 16 and pin 17, which are arranged in pairs diametrically of housing between annular bores 14 in end surfaces of disks 11,13 of housing 1. Adjacent combs 2 are positioned in offset relation, with offset value being equal to thickness of spacer sleeves 20 mounted on pins 17 between combs 2.
