FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves making horizontal parallelepiped-shaped groove on oral dental surface. Splinting member like rectangular cross-section wire manufactured titanium nickelide and shaped as frontal dental arch is arranged in the horizontal groove following frontal dental arch in shape determined from diagnostic model. The groove is produced with 45-60° large deviation from vertical axis in the direction from oral dental surface to pulp chamber. An oblique canal is additionally produced in each tooth under stabilization repair beginning from vestibular dental surface to couple it with the groove and recess 1-2 mm deep into its inferior wall. Closure member is mounted in the oblique canal to hold the splinting member in the horizontal groove. The pin is arranged in the oblique canal 1.5 mm far from the vestibular dental surface, its inferior end being thrust against hard dental tissue.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in splinting mobile prostheses; simplified process.
