FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has base plate and power unit. The power unit has wire segments following the right tooth arch configuration arranged inside the plates manufactured from flexible plastic material. The plates are adjacent to anterior teeth row area from oral and vestibular side and cover them in length from the distal edge of the right lateral incisor to distal edge of the left lateral incisor at the height of 2/3 of crown surface beginning from pericervical tooth area. The wire segments are manufactured from superelastic material and have free ends. The wire segment ends are fixed in the base plate that is placed in the vicinity of the lateral teeth. EFFECT: uniform force distribution upon the teeth to be moved+ADs- enabled void place creation in the tooth arch. 2 cl, 4 dwg
