FIELD: mechanical engineering; active- type noise silencers. SUBSTANCE: noise silencer has cylindrical housing with inlet front and end face covers accommodating tubular permeable member forming a space with housing. Silencer housing is made in form of hood with holes. Porous permeable pneumoelement installed in space is made in form of hollow cylinder. Ring space between tubular member and pneumoelement is filled up with gas permeable noise absorbing material, pneumoelement being installed between springs. Inlet diffuser with gas jet deturbolators at inlet and outlet sections is connected additionally to inlet front cover of silencer housing. Deturbolators are made in form of permeable gaskets manufactured of porous ceramic. Moreover, inner permeable tubular member is made in form of diffuser manufactured of porous cermet or ceramic material. Blind end face cover is provided with noise absorbing insert. Diameter of inlet hole of inlet front cover is equal to diameter of outlet section of inlet diffuser. EFFECT: provision of noise damping by dividing jet into elementary currents at sequential reduction of range of their turbulence equalizing and reducing jet velocity field at silencer outlet with simultaneous increase in absorption of jet sound energy. 5 cl, 1 dwg
