FIELD: applicable in drilling and development of oil and gas wells. SUBSTANCE: installation has several pump sections, each of them includes a working chamber and a piston member, suction and delivery valves, booster chamber with the delivery valve installed in its upper part, placed under which is an inlet valve for communication of this chamber with an independent gas or liquid-gas mixture source at a suction stroke. A separating valve, opening towards the delivery valve, is installed in the point of communication of the booster chamber and the working one. The installation also has a driving gear with a crankshaft and a reservoir for transferred liquid. The installation is featured by the fact that each pump section is provided with a by-pass device located outside the additional chamber and communicating with it and reservoir for transferred liquid. The piston member of each pump section is made in the form of a plunger. The by-pass device may be made in the form of a slide-valve distributor provided with a control line communicating with the working chamber, or in the form of a slide or poppet valve, kinematically linked with the crankshaft of the installation driving gear.
