METHOD AND DEVICE FOR PREPARATION OF GAS-AND- LIQUID MIXTURE Russian patent published in 2000 - IPC

FIELD: methods of preparation of gas-and-liquid mixtures during operation in oil and gas wells. SUBSTANCE: method for preparation of gas-and-liquid mixture used as flushing agent at equilibrium or negative differential of pressure in the well-formation system consists in mixing liquid and gas in front of well or in well, supply of gas-and-liquid mixture to bottom hole and separation of gas- and-liquid flow escaping from well into liquid, solid and gaseous phases followed by repeated delivery of liquid phase in closed cycle. Specific feature of method consists in delivery of gas phase whose pressure was preliminarily increased. Device used for realization of the method includes pump for delivery of liquid to well which is connected with receiving reservoir by means of suction line and with well by means of delivery line; independent inert gas source which is communicated with delivery line of above-mentioned pump, three-phase separator communicated with outlet pipe line of well via first throttle valve; this separator is connected with sludge receiver, pump receiving reservoir and vent pipes by means of separate pipe lines. Device is provided with booster pump and compressor plant which is brought in communication with independent inert gas source, delivery line of pump and outlet gas line of three-phase separator by means of separate lines. Second throttle valve is fitted at joint of booster plant. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency due to reduction of capital outlays. 3 cl, 1 dwg
