FIELD: measurement of viscosity of fluid media. SUBSTANCE: invention is meant for measurement with increased precision of viscosity of Newton and elastoplastic media of insignificant volumes whose temperature and pressure vary in ranges significant by value. Device incorporates viscosity transducer built on basis of asynchronous motor and tachometer which rotors are intercoupled and placed in measurement chamber of viscosity transducer. Unit forming information signal is fabricated in the form of circuit of A C bridge whose arms are identical, each incorporating resistor and variable capacitor connected in series. Variable capacitors are formed by electrodes of stator of tachometer and by one pole of its rotor as minimum which is coupled to one of poles of generator feeding bridge via fixed capacitor formed by surface of rotor of asynchronous motor and wall of case of viscosity transducer. Another pole of generator feeding bridge is resistively coupled to common point of resistors of different arms of A C bridge, other ends of resistors being connected to inputs of phase-sensitive converter. Case of transducer comes in the form of three parts, central and two side ones. Side parts of case house bearings of rotor of asynchronous motor located in central part of case. Rotor of tachometer is also located in central part of case. Another peculiarity of invention lies in technology of manufacture of electrodes of tachometer. EFFECT: increased precision of measurement of viscosity of fluid media of insignificant volumes in wide range of measurement of temperatures and pressures. 16 cl, 5 dwg
