FIELD: electrical engineering; industrial installations, as well as rail transport and heavy-freight vehicles such as tractors.

SUBSTANCE: proposed device designed to govern speed of three-phase induction motors including those using motor-wheel circuit arrangement has its system controller of first control bus connected to capacitor turn-on input, controllers of second, third, fourth, and seventh control buses, to driver input, and that of eighths control bus, to control input of fan. System controller inputs are input control bus and inputs of one-time instructions, current-, speed-, and temperature-feedback buses; system controller input/output is serial interface bus. Fifth and sixth diver control buses are connected to gates of three-phase bridge power switches, this bridge is connected through current-feedback bus to system controller and driver, and through temperature-feedback bus, to system controller input.

EFFECT: improved performance characteristics.
