FIELD: medicinal microbiology. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to immunoenzyme serodiagnosis of intestine yersiniosis caused by different serovariants of Yersinia enterocolitica. For sensibilization of polystyrene plate inactivated corpuscular antigen from the strain Y. enteroclitica is used. Antigen is used in buffered physiological solution (pH = 7.3, optical density is 0.1 O.U. by turbidity at wavelength 540 nm in cuvette 10 mm). Sensibilization of polystyrene plate is carried out by its incubation at 37 C for 15 min. For control of specificity and sensitivity of test-system hyperimmune rabbit sera of different serovariants (0:3, 0:5, 0:6, 0:7, 0:8, 0:9), anti-yersiniosis cattle sera to serovariant 0:9, positive antibrucellosis cattle and rabbit and normal rabbit sera in dilution 1:400 are added. Samples are incubated at room temperature for 1 h, antirabbit peroxidase conjugate is added and after incubation substrate mixture for carrying out immunoenzyme serodiagnosis is added. Reaction is terminates in 10-20 min with sulfuric acid. Reaction is recorded by photometry. EFFECT: enhanced sensitivity of novel test-system for immunoenzyme diagnosis of intestine yersiniosis, broadened specificity, decreased labor intensity, enhanced efficiency of analysis for yersiniosis. 4 tbl
