FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to a method for assessing the effectiveness of dialysis therapy accompanying detoxification consists in the fact that 2-4 hours after administering a dialysis solution, the latter is sampled from the abdominal cavity; dialysis solution samples are prepared to be analysed by wedge dehydration and microscopically examined in usual light to detect a sodium chloride crystal structure. If perpendicular linear crystal fragments appear to prevail, the dialysis therapy is considered to be inadequate; radial crystal fragments enables stating the dialysis therapy to be corrected, whereas separate crystal fragments arranged chaotically makes it possible to consider the dialysis therapy adequate.
EFFECT: using the declared method enables providing higher effectiveness of assessing the dialysis therapy accompanying detoxification.
